Curators: Brenda Barry Byrne, Heather Smith, Kim Houghtaling, Linda Sawchyn, Joanne Marion, George HarrisSCAM represents the Small City Art Museums curatorial collective. This exhibition is the result of a Prairie-wide call to artists for proposals. From the hundreds of proposals, a selection of ten was made, each with an eye to presenting a set of works with a series of internal links, each critically engaged with its chosen media, each offering a different view of the forces driving contemporary art practices in the Prairies.

Historica Florissma
Curated by : Brenda Barry ByrneThe work of Ruth Chambers, Rory MacDonald, Jeannie Mah and Martin Tagseth resonates with historical patterns of flora; exploring notions of beauty, diaspora, yearning, and the ceramic surface, its historical, cultural and formal meanings. The artists use the material of clay, both formally and conceptually, in very different ways, their geographical and ceramic affinities presenting a confluence of pattern and place, wherein the exploration begins.

Wood, Salt and a Century of Clay
Curated by Brenda Barry Byrne
This exhibition showcases the work of three Saskatchewan Artists; Mel Bolen, Charley Farrero and Anita Rocamora. Collectively these three artists have a century of experience in working with clay. Both wood firing and salt firing techniques display how fire, ash and salt affect the surface of clay. These techniques negate the need for glaze. Each method produces surprising and unpredicatble results. Technologies of Tenderness by Susan Shantz
Curated by Joanne Marion
In Technologies of Tenderness, Susan Shantz has created works which incorporate both an awkward, soft-bodied vulnerability and the smooth-surfaced geometry of systems and machines designed to support - if not nurture - those bodies. Specifically, Shantz was inspired by the birth of her son, a birth which necessitated a high degree of medical intervention. The work in this exhibition has evolved over the six years since the birth of Shantz's son; various pieces in the exhibition have previously been shown at galleries in Canada and the United States.
