Main Gallery February - March Winter Festival Juried Art Show This is our annual showcase for local and regional artists and fulfills a central role in the region, providing the only professionally juried show in this area. This exhibit is an important venue for new and emerging artists in the community and allows the gallery to feature these artists and to provide them with feedback on their work. Main Gallery August – September, 2008 Urbanisms Urban art is somewhat hard to define. It means different things to different people. Within the context of art history, Urban Art refers to any type of visual representation that originates from our modern industrialized urban experience. Basically Urban Art is art that responds or reacts to our urban environment.
